Dear Bruce Lee Description

A compilation of Sentimental, Remorseful,Controversial letters on the superstar - By Ohara Publications

Read about how Bruce Lee’s life, his art, and his untimely death affected and influenced his worldwide legion of fans. Learn about his art, jeet kune do, through his personal replies to letters he received in 1967.

Acknowledgments of Dear Bruce Lee

Nobody expected Bruce Lee to become one of the greatest martial artists and oriental movie idols until after his death. Even today, six years after his demise, he's still worshiped by thousands throughout the world. The few movies he had starred in still attract a throng of admirers. Many had already seen these movies for an umpteenth time but still they come.

How long will Bruce Lee live? Many say "forever" and they may be right by the amount of letters we keep receiving at Rainbow Publications, Inc. though their three magazines: Black Belt, Karate Illustrated and Fighting Stars.

We feel that these letters are to valuable to disregard and decided to compile them into a book. Some of these letters go back to 1967 with Bruce personally answering them. Others are written recently.

Thanks to Lisa Uyehara who spent hours reading the back issues of the three magazine to extract the most interesting letters.

M Uyehara, President

Shipping Dear Bruce Lee

We have a few different options for posting your items at Enso Martial Arts Shop. Prices vary depending on the overall order, weight, size etc. The checkout page will automatically workout the possible options for you.
We can send your item(s) in the following ways:
Courier Tracked - Order before 1pm, we can pack and post the same day to be with you the next working day, this is not a weekend service. It is fully tracked and we will send you the tracking number when we process your order.
Evri - In our experience an extremely slow service, we cannot guarantee it will arrive. It isn't an option on the website for good reason, so if you want this pitiful service and your parcel thrown into a random hedge near your house, if you're lucky, just to save about £2 then simply call us on 0117 942 5832 and we can process your order over the phone.
Fedex Worldwide - For anywhere outside the UK, we can post the same day but delivery times are dependent on the destination. Approximate delivery times are as follows:
  • Europe: 2-3 working days
  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 3-4 working days
  • All other destinations: 4-7 working days.
