ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Larry Hartsell is one of the world's leading authorities on Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do and was one of a few select, original students that trained privately with Bruce Lee. Hartsell, considered by many as the premier JKD fighter has over 40 years of martial arts experience and was a former doorman, professional bodyguard to Hollywood celebrities including "Mr T" as well as conditioning coach to pro football teams Dallas Cowboys and 49ers.

Hartsell is a best selling author, having authored three previous books.

He has appeared on magazine covers worldwide and is teh president of the Jun Fan Jeet June Do Grappling Association.
