Rash Guard have been with MMA from the beginning, the idea pinch from the surfing rash guards. However, the options for designs and brands has grown and grown. Nowadays they are essential for BJJ, Nogi, submission wrestling and MMA. While this is not compression rash guard, they still do offer some compression, which is shown to keep your muscles warmed and slow down muscle fatigue. This also helps with reducing injuries.
For BJJ guys in Gi’s rash guards worm underneath your Gi will reduce Gi rubbing and skin irritation. On the flip side the Nogi guys will notice that teh rash will increase, especially when you’re hot a sweaty. The main point though is that whichever discipline you are training in the rash guard will massively reduce the chance of contracting a Staph infection or Ringworm by massively reducing Skin to Skin. This means you can stay super hygienic, train more and stay out of the doctors and hospital. Happy days!
Made from 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex, which makes it super comfortable.
“General thoughts on sizing for this is to not have them too tight. Otherwise it’ll rid eup your back and you’ll be pulling it down all the time. Little baggy does the trick.’ Doug Swift – Enso Martial Arts Shop

Royal Mail 2nd Class signed - Pretty slow service but will get there eventually. We will try and post it the same day the order comes to us, but not always possible for us. UPS Standard - Order before 12pm and we can pack and post the same day to be with you the next day. If you order after 12pm we can still pack it and have it ready but it is less likely to be collected the same day (still possible though, depends when the UPS man comes) and will arrive the day after that.
UPS Worldwide - For anywhere outside the UK, we can post the same day but delivery times are dependent on the destination. Approximate delivery times are as follows:
