4ft Punch Bag Description
This 4ft punch bag is a bag that will suit everyone, maybe not young children but every one else. It’s got a real solid feel and has the perfect weight to give you feedback, it's heavy enough to give you a hard workout. You can train all your punching techniques and drills, practice combo’s and footwork drills. One of the great selling points of this bag is that it is machine filled. Many aren’t these days so it’s worth getting one that is. Packing the bag tightly and consistently throughout, means no ‘soggy’ bits and over time it won’t all sink down to the bottom.
This means your bag will keep it’s shape and you don’t end up with ‘concrete’ at the bottom and air at the top. Made from a black durable leather grain vinyl and 1.2mm thick, the bag has a thick zipped top and four heavy duty fixings and a chain and swivel. It also has a d-ring attached to the bottom which allows you to secure it to the floor if you wish, to stop it swinging all over the place.

Courier Tracked and Insured - Order before 1pm, we can pack and post the same day to be with you the next working day, this is not a weekend service. It is fully tracked and we will send you the tracking number when we process your order.
Hermes - In our experience an extremely slow service, we cannot guarantee it will arrive. It isn’t insured or tracked. If you want this pitiful service and your parcel thrown into a random hedge near your house, if you're lucky, just to save about £2 the go for us. Good luck
UPS Worldwide - For anywhere outside the UK, we can post the same day but delivery times are dependent on the destination. Approximate delivery times are as follows:
