Louise Taylor has been teaching different types of health techniques for twenty-two yers. In 1984 she founded the Healing Arts Center in Van Nuys, California where she conducts a holistic healing practice as well as teaches classes in acupressure, meditation, Eastern philosophy, whole body healing, reflexology, nutrition and creative imagery. Louise received her Master of Science Degree from California State University, Northridge and has taught at that university as well as Santa Monica College, Mount Saint Mary's College, Los Angeles Mission College and the Learning Tree Open University. Ms Taylor has also had in-depth studies with carious master acupuncturists and has traveled to India to study meditation under the guidance of her Guru, Swami Chidvilasananda.
Betty Bryant received her Master of Arts Degree from UCLA and is currently teaching Physical Education at Santa Monica College. She has also taught at Santa Monica High School. Betty has been a teacher for many years and, during her teaching career, she has developed and taught courses in all areas of physical education from the Western perspective. She has also taught Yoga with its Eastern emphasis on developing body Ki. Betty also directs and teaches classes and seminars on using laughter as the method of reducing stress and promoting health.
