Traditional qigong practice comprises relaxed breathing techniques, gentle stretching methods and simple meditation practices. It aims to direct the body's energy (gi) along the main collateral channels and thus allows the body's natural healing skills to work.

Fedex Worldwide - For anywhere outside the UK, we can post the same day but delivery times are dependent on the destination. Approximate delivery times are as follows:
