QiGong Metal Massage Brush Description

This Chinese iron shirt or QiGong metal massage brush is the next level in body conditioning. We weren't able to source them in China like a lot of our products so we went all out and had them handmade in the UK. A very talented friend of mine is a 20 year long Kung Fu practitioner and also happens to be a blacksmith making Chinese training weapons. He's trained in China many times and in different styles of martial arts but Shaolin for the last 20. He was the perfect person to ask to make these and has done an unbelievable job.

The brief was to make a very usable compact Metal Massage Brush that is light enough to wield but heavy enough to deal a good enough blow to help spread the bristles, massage the muscles, move the qi and work the body. This was created perfectly with daily use in mind and it has been achieved precisely. Also the quality of build makes this a training tool that will last a lifetime and never need to be replaced, unlike the bamboo ones that do wear out over time. It is also compact and light enough so it an packed around with you wherever you go.

Daily use can help unblock the acupuncture channels or meridians, and help the chi to circulate around the body. This reduces stress, improves immunity and benefits overall well-being. It helps the body to detox through the stimulation of the lymphatic system. The metal rods in this massage brush create vibrations in the body which relieve stress and tension in the muscles. It is ideal for use after any kind of exercise, especially yoga, qi gong or martial arts.

Used by the Shaolin Monks for body conditioning, it can also help reduce tension in the muscles and build up conditioning to impact and strikes. Not just people training Kung Fu can use these but anyone can benefit from the Metal Massage Brush.

Courier Tracked and Insured - Order before 1pm, we can pack and post the same day to be with you the next working day, this is not a weekend service. It is fully tracked and we will send you the tracking number when we process your order.

Hermes - In our experience an extremely slow service, we cannot guarantee it will arrive. It isn’t insured or tracked. If you want this pitiful service and your parcel thrown into a random hedge near your house, if you're lucky, just to save about £2 the go for us. Good luck
