Shaolin Iron Head Breaking Bar Description

Breaking has long been part of many martial arts demonstrations. Those styles known for it are Taekwondo, Karate and Kung Fu. Most people doing breaking will do wood and some move onto bricks and tiles. However there is one material that stands above all others in terms of breaking mastery and that is metal. Very few people will even attempt metal, but if you want to join that elite this Shaolin Iron Head Breaking Bar is the item for you.

Smashing a Iron Bar over your head is serious, and doing in front of crowd is a real show stopper. It's very rare you'll see it in any demonstration and most people watching will not even know it is a thing. Made popular by the Shaolin Monks and their world famous Wheel of Life show. The Iron Bar is pretty rough in construction and made from cast iron. It has 'Shaolin Kung Fu' in Chinese writing moulded into the front side along the length of the bar. It's a one time shot with these and they are hard for us to source, so use them sparringly and save them for the big demos and performances.

This is the pinnacle of breaking so make sure you get some instruction on this before you try it and certainly have done some head breaking beforehand. Enjoy and wow the crowds.
