About the author:
Dennis Wilton is a UK instructor with the International Martial Arts Federation. He has his own club called 'Shin Ki Kai, meaning divine mind' or 'soul'. He has practised martial arts for over twenty years, beginning with the Shukokai in the early seventies, followed by Taikwando and finally settling with Shotokan/Shotokai in which he is presently ranked as 3rd Dan.
