Chinese Wind Oil is the perfect thing to take with you on long training camps, especially ones to Asia where it's boiling hot.
Chinese Wind Oil is arguably not known for being a martial arts medicine. However, it does have healing properties that are perfectly suited for long training camps especially when it's hot and humid. This green coloured liquid, is said to help with Headaches, dizzyness, prickly heat and mosquito bites. All the things you are surely going to get if doing long training camps. Maybe weekend training camps in the summer but I am more thinking about China and Thailand. It's always hot, it's hard to get used to the climate, training is tough and this little bottle could definitely help with some of the symptoms you might acquire.
For mosquito bites, just rub into bite. For Prickly heat, just put a few drops in a bath. For dizzyness and headaches just a drop in water and breath the vapours. All of these you only need a drop or two. This little bottle will last you ages.
