Chinese Woodlock Oil is a medicated oil made in Hong Kong that comes in a super unique 50ml glass bottle. Since 1968 Woodlock has been created by the China Medicine Laboratory and Wood Lock Medicine Company Limited. Wood Lock was created by Wong To Yick and was based on the formula of the traditional White Flower Oil recipe, which was created by Gan Geok Eng in 1927. It is now FDA approved.
Chinese Woodlock Oil is a very popular external pain reliever well known for its smell, healing, soothing and heating properties. This Chinese Woodlock Oil is truly a medication with usages that range from the flu to minor irritations, insect bites, headache, muscular aches, backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, sprains or stomachaches. Within Martial Arts people tend to use it for helping with injuries such as sprains bruising and painful areas. As far as Chinese Medicine is concerned it helps move Qi, invigorates the blood and opens the meridian channels. It is, in fact, very popular with Chinese medicine practitioners especially for Gua Sha therapy.
In terms of usage, apply between and 2 and 3 drops on the affected area and massage in for 15 minutes or so. This will help it soaks in and really get deep to the problem. You get 50ml so this bottle of Chinese Woodlock Oil will last a long long time. There are no known major side effects for using Woodlock as advised (on the skin, external use only), although one should seek medical attention if a severe allergic reaction occurs. Also tried the Zheng Gu Shui. Both worked good. I also tried, on advice , rubbing on fresh ginger after oil. Every night. Absolutely zero pain throughout the day and night. Applied to my shoulder and arm. (Torn rotator cuff). Also helped with pins and needles pain

I have just used this for arthritis in my hands and fingers, smells really strong!
I've strained my intercostal muscles and has muscle pain on both sides of my spine. The oil worked quite fast and it helped soothe the pain in about 30 min.
Obviously is not a miracle oil, I still had back and muscle pain, but it did reduce. Would recommend this product
